How do I download my purchased products?
After completing your purchase, you can download your products from the Orders page in your account dashboard. Each product will have a secure download link.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal. You can pay using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team if you encounter any issues.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Digital products are available for immediate download after successful payment. Physical 3D printed items (if applicable) will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
